When necessary to proceed with a real-estate transaction, and within the scope of your consent, we may provide relevant information to sellers, buyers, other licensed real-estate businesses, lenders, guarantee companies, judicial scriveners, land and house investigators, insurers, property managers, renovation contractors, and other transaction participants.

We may engage service providers for information systems, email, data storage, form reception, and other operations necessary to achieve the purposes described above. We select and supervise those providers appropriately.

We take necessary and appropriate organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage, including access controls, staff awareness, and appropriate system management.
